Appointment Schedule

Business hours are by appointment only. My appointment schedule varies depending on our specific availability each week. I will always try to find a time that works for you. FertilityCare appointments are usually 1 hour to 1.5 hours long.

In general, in-person FertilityCare appointments with me are on evenings and weekends. Long distance FertilityCare appointments with me can be on weekdays or any time.

Right now, my preferred in-person FertilityCare meeting times are:

  • Saturdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Sundays from 1:00pm to 5:00pm

In general, Gianna of Albany is open for NaProTechnology physician appointments on Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings.

FertilityCare Follow-Up Schedule

Our first appointment is an Introductory Session presentation that I give. This presentation makes sure that you have the background information needed to get started charting with the Creighton Model System. Then, in the beginning the first 4 follow-up appointments are close together at 2 weeks apart. Then, appointments space out to 1 month and 3 months apart. After these 8 follow-up appointments over one year, clients can continue to be seen long term for every 6 months or 12 months.

NaProTechnology Follow-Up Schedule

New patients will have their first appointment with the physician and then will start charting with the FertilityCare Practitioner. They will then continue seeing the NaProTechnology physician for evaluation and treatment after 2-3 months of charting.

In general, the treatment plan for infertility patients is expected to take at least 1-2 years, and then care with NaProTechnology is ongoing during pregnancy and beyond. Patients should follow these basic Pre-Pregnancy Guidelines.

Cancellation, No-Show, & Late Arrival Policy

Please read and sign our official Cancellation, No-Show, & Late Arrival Policy. If a client does not contact me to cancel or reschedule prior to the appointment, then they may be charged a no-show fee.

Waiver Of Liability

All clients are also asked to sign this Hold Harmless Agreement at their first follow-up appointment.
