Our Core Values
At Natural Fruit FertilityCare Services, we care for each woman’s natural menstrual cycle as a vital sign of her health and fertility. We teach clients to take care of their fertility and to appreciate their fertility.
At Natural Fruit FertilityCare Services, we focus on enhancing the couple’s marriage by teaching how to express God’s love in marriage and on growing the family naturally via natural family planning and natural procreative technology.
At Natural Fruit FertilityCare Services, we are continuously learning and empowering women and couples to learn about their own bodies. Continuing education is very important to us in providing the most up-to-date knowledge and care to our clients. We focus on being very organized and thorough in our work.
At Natural Fruit FertilityCare Services, we teach women and couples how to bear fruit – growing in the Fruit of the Spirit – which is in love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Patricia Deshane, CFCP
I started using the Creighton Model System and NaProTechnology in January 2013 after experiencing more than one year of infertility prior. I had to travel to the Gianna Center in New York City and New Jersey for the nearest NaProTechnology physician and surgeon at that time and had to travel to the Poughkeepsie area for the nearest FertilityCare Practitioner (FCP) at that time. I had then experienced a couple of miscarriages in 2013.
Then, in January 2014, I started the transition to the NaProTechnology physician at Gianna of Albany, which had just opened in my local area, and had my firstborn son in October 2014. I later experienced at least two more miscarriages in 2016 before my daughter was born in November 2017.
Since NaProTechnology and the Creighton Model System were successful for me, I decided to become a FertilityCare Practitioner so that I could teach this to others. I traveled to the Saint Paul VI Institute for the Study of Human Reproduction in Omaha, Nebraska in October 2015 for Education Program I and traveled there again in April 2016 for Education Program II. I then completed the Final Exam in November 2016. Three years later, I started the certification process and I became certified by the AAFCP in December 2020. Finally, I became a voting member of the American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals (AAFCP) in February 2021 and I now serve as the Academy’s Publications Chair since August 2021.
One of my most rewarding experiences is when a client who has been experiencing infertility or miscarriage achieves a successful pregnancy! I enjoy the Pregnancy Evaluation appointment and encourage them to continue charting during pregnancy. One goal of mine is to show clients the benefit of adopting this charting lifestyle so that they can do it for their entire reproductive life.
I was able to attend the AAFCP Annual Meeting Conference in-person for the first time in July 2019 near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I was able to network with my fellow colleagues during lunch and dinner. I also went to the AAFCP Annual Meeting Conference in-person in July 2022 “back to where it all began” in St. Louis, Missouri! I continue to participate in the AAFCP Annual Meeting Conference (virtually or in-person when possible). Please financially support me with either the AAFCP 50/50 Sponsorship or 100% directly to me with my Continuing Education Fund in PayPal below.
